Todd Whatley

Todd was a Physical Therapist for 13 years working in home health and nursing homes. He graduated from the Bowen school of law in 1998. He has been in private practice since 1999 and focused on elder law since 2000. He became Arkansas’ second Certified Elder Law Attorney in 2006.

Bambi serves as the Legal Assistant in the Mountain Home office of The Elder Law Practice of Cash & Whatley. She is the face and voice of the firm for our elder clients and their families while we assist them in navigating the confusing and complicated legal issues unique to the elderly.


The Elder Law Practice of Cash and Whatley has two convenient locations in North Central Arkansas, located in Harrison and Mountain Home.  In addition to serving the elder law needs of those towns directly, we are also able to serve the surrounding towns as well, including Yellville, Salem, Melbourne, and surrounding areas.
